Our recruitment process depends on when the candidate is registered to attend the etiquette class and employer is ready to hire. Here’s a brief overview of the steps involved: 1. Join The COSTA Network (1 week): After you submit your application, you will need to schedule a time to pay your registration fee. Thereafter, a receipt shall be provided. Afterwards, the COSTA representative will review your resume. You will then schedule a time to discuss your qualifications and experience over the phone. Our COSTA team will amend your resume accordingly. 2. Register for the Etiquette Class (varies): Depending on when you would like to attend the 3-hour class, and our scheduled class date, you will attend a hands-on etiquette class. Thereafter, you will be tested on your mobile phone to see what you have learnt during class. Your grades will be given immediately after taking the test. Only the top students will be selected to join our temporary staff recruitment team. 3. Initial Screening (2 weeks): Selected candidates are contacted for an initial phone or video interview to discuss their interest in our pool of available clients who are registered for the temporary staff recruitment. Candidates who were not selected are given further guidance on how to improve their professional skills. A COSTA representative will perform their due diligence checks, and assess your capabilities and with our available clients' needs prior to putting you forward for employment. 3. Final Decision and Offer (1 week): Once all is well, you will be put forward for job interviews with our clients. We strive to keep the process as transparent and efficient as possible, ensuring clear communication at every stage. Please read our terms and conditions before registering with COSTA. Document Preparation: If you select one of our candidates for hire all required documents will already be obtained and ready to submit a work permit once the fees have been paid. If you are hiring an individual that is not a COSTA candidate, we will provide you with a detailed list of required documents the candidate should email to us in order to submit the work permit once the fee has been paid. 3. Application Submission: Our team will meticulously prepare your application to ensure all information is accurate and complete. We’ll then submit the application to the relevant immigration authorities. 4. Follow-Up: We continuously monitor the status of your application, keeping you informed of any updates or requests for additional information from immigration authorities. 5. Approval and Compliance: Upon approval of your work permit, if assistance is required with health insurance and benefit setup, we are here to help. COSTA ensures a smooth and efficient process for obtaining work permits, allowing you to focus on your professional and personal goals without unnecessary hassle.
